A New Update with our NEW Retail Location!

After a little time away, The Truffle Cheese Shop is coming back.

And because you’ve been a Truffle customer before, we wanted you to hear the news directly from us.

Truffle is now under new local ownership and will be reopening in a new home at Denver’s historic Evans School.

You may have seen some of the news about us today.  Denver Business Journal Coverage & Our Note on Social

For more than 25 years, Truffle has been part of Denver’s food community. As we begin this new chapter, our goal is to preserve what brought people (like us) to Truffle in the first place — exceptional cheese, great food, knowledgeable service, and the pleasure of discovering something new — while building an even better experience around it.

Our new location will give us room for more cheese and specialty foods, pairings, custom boards, tastings, classes, private events, and a renewed focus on Colorado and regional producers.

But you don’t have to wait for the new retail shop to open to come back to Truffle.

If you’ve missed having a Truffle cheese or charcuterie platter on the table, we’re already making them again. Whether it’s dinner with friends, a party, a corporate meeting or something worth celebrating, we’d love to make one for you.

Now that we have a consistent brick-and-mortar location, we’re also excited to re-launch The Truffle’s cheese-making classes (in an old school house!). These were always a fun part of the Truffle experience, and we’re looking forward to gathering around cheese again while work on the new store continues.

[UPCOMING CHEESE-MAKING CLASSES]

We still have a lot of work to do before we open our doors at Evans School, and we’ll share more as we get closer.

For now, we mostly wanted to say hello again. Thank you for being a Truffle customer. We hope you’ll be part of what comes next.

Regards,
The Truffle Cheese Shop Team
