The Truffle artisan cheese and exotic foods has been Denver's premier destination for hard to find gourmet food items and cut-to-order hand made cheeses since 2000.

We are happy to cut you a taste of anything in the shop from farmstead cheeses to handmade charcuterie. We believe it's important to know what you're buying and be passionate about what you're serving to your family and friends.

We sell truffles, not only the chocolate version that most people are familiar with, but also the fragrant mushroom which can be special ordered fresh when in season.

The Truffle is more than a cheese shop. We sell honey, jams, jellies, chocolates, olive oils and vinegars as well as fresh bread, dried fruit and nuts and a wide range of cured pork products and pates. Did we mention truffles? Truffle honey, truffle oil, truffle salt, truffled pate, truffled cheeses and truffled tapanades are just a few of the ways to enjoy this amazing fungus. If you are looking for the raw mushroom for cooking with, we have frozen black truffles in stock year round, or when in season we can bring in the fresh ones for you.
