In this class you will receive all necessary materials to make one mozzarella ball, a brief introduction to cheese and cheese making, as well as a hands-on tutorial from our expert cheesemonger. Each participant will make 1 mozzarella, regular or herbed, to take home to enjoy. You will also have access to instruction manuals and a Lone Tree beer of your choice!
