Burrata/Mozzarella Making Class

This cheese-making class is an absolute blast! Besides a mini 'cheese-101' , our cheese-mongers also educate about milk, cultures and recipes for your newly made cheese.

Class includes instruction, curd stretching during class, recipes, and cheese to take home! Classes usually take around 2 hours. 

$50 per person.
