The Cheeses of Italy

Join Karin Lawler as she walks you through her old and new favorite, Italian cheeses. This class will cover the basics of cheesemaking and cheese styles, as well as re-cap her recent adventures in Bra, Italy, for the Slow Food Cheese Festival. 

Class is $50 per person and includes instruction, notes, tasting as well as goodies and snacks from The Truffle Table. Class will be held at The Truffle Table.
