Join our cheesemongers every other Thursday for a chance to try some of the best beer in Denver paired with an ever-changing variety of artisanal cheeses and meats. We pair four of the fine brews with three cheeses and one cured meat. Each cheese is portioned based on style from roughly an ounce tasting piece, with half an ounce for meats. The board is completed with fresh baguette or house made crostini using Marczyk’s bakery breads.
