With the change of ownership in January 2007 comes little change at The Truffle. Yes, we've given the walls a fresh coat of paint, put in some fancy coolers for the cheese and added some amazing hand-crafted cured meats from the Salumeria Biellese in New York City. But, besides the tall guy named Rob behind the counter, all of the cheeses and other artisan foods you've grown to love in the last six years are the same. Rob and Karin Lawler are thrilled to be a part of such an important business in Denver and can't wait to make your visits to our shop even better than ever.
