Everything in our shop, from each cheese to every jar of jelly and box of crackers, we are conscience of ingredients and quality. Most if not all of our cheeses are made from grass fed, pastured animals. The meats from Salumeria Biellese are Slow Food certified. The foie gras from Hudson Valley Foie Gras is no exception to this high standard we set for our products.
This family farm pasture raises their ducks and uses the utmost care in their diet and daily life. They are hand fed and cared for. Check out their video for a glimpse at a day in the life of a duck!
The Truffle Cheese Shop has been selling and enjoying Foie Gras from Husdon Valley Foie Gras for more than nine years.
We cut the raw foie to order and generally have the terrine in stock as well. This year...we put a bit too much black truffle in them! Help us fix this huge 'mistake'.
